      Shipping and Returns

      Dispatch and Delivery Times

      Once your payment has been processed and we receive your order, this will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. 

      For ​UK Mainland orders, this will be sent by Royal Mail 24 which arrives within 1-2 working days after you receive your dispatch email.

      ​International orders are sent by first class international post and usually takes around 6-10 working days for European countries and 10-14 working days for the rest of the world.

      ​For larger orders, a courier service may be used, but we will send a follow up email to you with more information.

      Our Returns Policy

      ​You have 30 calendar days to return an item to us from the date which this has been received.
      Your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition that it was received in, with all tags still attached. Once this has been received, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be checked by our returns team. An exchange or refund will be then be issued accordingly and sent by second class post.

      ​Please note, we do not accept returns on any sale or clearance products, as well as any products advertised as being exclusive or made to order.
